Return & Cancellation Policy

At Student Gallery, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we are happy to assist you with returns and cancellations.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately at support@studentgallery.com with your Order ID.

Late Cancellation: If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. You will need to receive the item and then initiate a return process.

Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
• Customized products (e.g., uniforms with names embroidered) are non-returnable unless defective.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (e.g., size change), send us an email at support@studentgallery.com.
